The benefits of membership of the Association include:
The opportunity to take part in evening and occasional Saturday
visits to
organs of interest and merit - old and new, large and small, locally and further afield.
The opportunity to attend illustrated talks.
The opportunity to apply for a place on an annual continental tour where
some of the very best instruments are made available to us (this is always a long weekend
immediately following Easter).
The opportunity to participate in a preparatory workshop, thus gaining
an insight into music written for the kinds of instruments encountered on the overseas
visits.
The opportunity to receive the IAO magazine Organists Review at
substantially discounted rate.
We have social events too: sometimes a meal in a village pub after a visit
to an organ, and more formally, an annual dinner normally held in January.
