13 Jan                   Scotstoun Parish Church

                              Recital by Tom Wilkinson, MA MMus FRCO

                              University organist and Director of Chapel Choirs, St Andrews

                             


8 February            St Mary’s Cathedral, Glasgow - please note 7-8 pm

                             An opportunity to observe Frikki Walker rehearsing the Cathedral’s

                             junior choristers; short introduction by Frikki, and concluding refreshments!

3 March               Church of Christ the King, Kingspark, Glasgow

                            Celebrity recital 

                            Martin Baker, Master of Music, Westminster Cathedral


14 April                St Mungo’s Museum of Religious Life and Art, Castle St, Glasgow.

                            AGM

***Please note - due to Easter week, the AGM is being held slightly later than usual***


4-5 May                SFO Conference - Dundee


2 June                  Walking tour of Edinburgh organs -

                             a joint event with Edinburgh Society of Organists, visiting various organs from the East to the

                                     West of the city, finishing near Haymarket station.  Travel will be by bus, so a bus pass or day

                                     ticket is all that is required.  A soup and sandwich lunch will be included in the schedule.


                                     Further information regarding itinerary, with confirmation of all the organs to be visited and

                                     timings, will appear in a future newsletter.
