Crawley and Horsham District Organists Association
Membership benefitsThe Crawley and Horsham District Organists Associations has members from Horsham, Crawley, Burgess Hill, and many of the villages in this area of Sussex. We welcome all those with an interest in the organ, its construction and music, whether or not they play the instrument themselves. We have an active programme of events, starting with our AGM in January. During the year we then meet around every two months. September is the month in which we hold our Members Recital. Members receive a quarterly Newsletter which includes reports on events, articles and a list of local events. We also publish details of vacancies for organists. Some of our members are available to deputize from time to time for services and weddings. Details of these members are available from the Secretary. The Association is affiliated to the Incorporated Association of Organists, enabling members to participate in the IAO activities and entitles them to the benefits and services provided by the IAO. Members can subscribe to the Organists' Review at a reduced rate.
How to joinYou can join the Association by contacting the Secretary, when you will receive further details, an application form for membership and a current newsletter. The subscription is £18.00 per annum, with reduced rates for senior citizens and students. A special rate is also available to second members in the same household.
